What is this service?
This is a physical health check which takes place at Nimbuscare in conjunction with a care plan delivered by your practice. This service supports patients with a severe mental illness.

- Various days/times between Monday-Friday 8:00 - 20:00 and Saturdays 8:00 -17:00
